DURING THE HOLIDAYS, SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE LONGER THAN EXPECTED.

Same Day FedEx Shipping 

All orders are shipped on the same or next business day if placed before 1pm CST, except during holidays. We ship via FedEx to any physical address in the contiguous United States. We CANNOT ship to PO boxes. Please see the FedEx shipping map below which shows the time it will take for your order to reach its destination. If your order has not shipped and you would like shipping updates, please call us at 1-800-807-0107 or email us at support@enviair.com and provide your order number.

Shipping Policy 

Free shipping is available to all orders of Mini Splits Systems shipping to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). For Central Air units, or, if you wish to expedite shipment, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-807-0107 for a fast quote and service, or feel free to pick an expedited option during checkout. Please note, if you complete your order after 1pm Central, and have purchased expedited shipping online during the checkout process, your order will not ship with the expedited shipping method until the following business day. NOTE: Purchasing FedEx 2 Day shipping is NOT covered by FedEx's Money-Back Guarantee. Read more from FedEx HERE. Standard shipping is FedEx Ground/Home Delivery only and does not extend to Alaska or Hawaii. EnviAir, LLC does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or to Canada. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs and expedited shipping estimates can be calculated without having to checkout or create an account. Just add items to your shopping cart and navigate to your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner of the webpage. Once in your shopping cart order summary, click "Add Info" next to "Shipping" located directly below the subtotal. Then, simply input your state, city, and zip code and click "Estimate Shipping."

Shipping Delays 

During the Holidays, quite often there are severe storms which can cause delays to shipment. We will not be liable for loss, damage, delay, shortage, wrong delivery, nondelivery, misinformation, or failure to provide information in connection with your shipment caused by events we cannot control, including but not limited to acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including customs and health officials) with actual or apparent authority. If you would like to insure your package, please call us at 1-800-807-0107.

Loss/Filing a Claim 

Route Package Protection is a 3rd-party provider we (Enviair, Inc.) have partnered with that covers any loss due to shipping (loss, damage, or theft). If you did not purchase Route Package Protection with your order and you need to file a claim, please contact us for assistance. If your package arrived damaged or you require assistance filing a claim, please contact us within 48 hours & have your Order number & Date of Purchase ready and email us at support@enviair.com or call 1-800-807-0107.
